Receipts, tickets and other objects from the service reporter are made available as calendar entries. These are then in the calendar with the links to the service reporter, so that service documents, tickets and other objects can be called up and recorded quickly.

Procedure

Select receipt
Download appointment
possibly Open file, Open with
Enter appointment and save
Appointment appears in the calendar
Call up an appointment, link to the service slip
Continue? Create PDF, send PDF

Select receipt

Please save the current receipt or select a receipt.

Download appointment

From the menu; Select "Download Appointment".

possibly Open file or "Open with"

With some browsers the attachment will be opened directly, with others please click on the download to open it. If you have not linked the right standard app, please select the desired app via "Open with".

Enter appointment and save

After opening the calendar entry, change the appointment if necessary and save:

Now the appointment appears in the calendar:

The receipt, the customer and the location are displayed.

Call up an appointment, link to the service slip

The appointment takes place. You open this:

In the description of an order confirmation, 2 links and the description of the 1st line item are displayed. These are the links:

Link to receipt
Link to the service slip

Clicking on the link opens the receipt. If you are not logged in, the login will appear first. After logging in, the receipt is called up. The service slip is a follow-up document from the order confirmation. Please enter your times and make your changes. The receipt must then be saved.
